REFUND POLICY
Factory Clix aims to ensure customer satisfaction across all procurement transactions.
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
• Incorrect product delivered
• Damaged product during transit
• Product not matching agreed specifications
• Order cancellation approved before dispatch
Non-Refundable Cases:
• Used or damaged products after delivery
• Custom or special-order products
• Bulk/project supply orders once processed
• Delay caused by logistics partners beyond control
Refund Process:
Eligible refunds will be processed after verification and depending on payment mode and banking channels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders m ay be cancelled before dispatch or processing confirmation.
Cancellation Terms:
• Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for full refund
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
• Custom, bulk, or project supply orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• Service bookings may be cancelled prior to scheduled execution
Once a bulk order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will not be provided once the order has been confirmed and the Purchase Order has been issued.
Factory Clix reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, supply issues, or policy violations.
