Description
Introduction
Protect your high-risk facility with our Custom Engineered Dual Bladder Tank Skid, the ultimate solution for continuous fire suppression. This heavy-duty system ensures that your operations are never left without foam coverage, providing an immediate backup during critical emergencies.
Key Features
Dual tank configuration featuring one primary operating unit and one reserve standby unit
Conveniently skid-mounted for easier transportation, rapid installation, and system stability
Flexible orientation options available in either vertical or horizontal configurations
Constructed from highly durable industrial grade carbon steel or stainless steel
Engineered and manufactured strictly to ASME Code Section VIII Division I standards
Optional ASME U Stamp certification available for rigorous facility compliance needs
Benefits
When dealing with severe industrial fire hazards, running out of suppression foam is not an option. The dual bladder tank system solves this critical problem by instantly providing a reserve supply if the primary tank depletes, ensuring your fire suppression efforts continue without interruption. Pre-mounting the entire system on a single reinforced steel skid drastically reduces your on-site installation time and complex piping labor. Furthermore, the choice between vertical and horizontal layouts allows you to perfectly optimize the system to fit your specific facility space constraints.
Usage / How to Use
This custom engineered skid system is permanently installed in large-scale, high-risk industrial zones such as chemical processing plants, aviation hangars, offshore drilling platforms, and massive fuel storage farms. The steel skid is securely bolted to a concrete foundation and integrated into the main pressurized fire water network. During a fire event, water pressure forces foam concentrate from the primary bladder tank into the proportioner. If the fire is extensive and the primary tank runs empty, operators can swiftly switch a series of valves to activate the standby tank, maintaining a continuous flow of fire-smothering foam.
