The Hi-Care Aluminised Aramid Fire Suit is a premium-grade protective solution designed for extreme high-temperature and fire-risk environments. The outer layer is constructed from 460 GSM aluminised para-aramid blend ripstop knit fabric, offering exceptional durability along with the ability to reflect intense radiant heat ranging from 1000°C to 1200°C.
Built with an advanced multi-layer system, the suit includes a vapour barrier to prevent liquid and chemical penetration, a thermal barrier for superior insulation against extreme heat, and an inner lining of 100% flame-resistant cotton to ensure comfort during prolonged usage. This layered design provides both maximum protection and wearer ease in critical conditions.
Certified under EN ISO 11612 standards (A1, B1, C4, D3, E3, F1), the suit delivers high-performance protection against heat, flames, molten metal splash, and contact heat. It comes as a complete protective kit including a jacket and trouser, IS-2745 certified helmet, hood with visor, and 5-finger gloves with woollen and flame-resistant lining.
Ideal for use in steel plants, foundries, metallurgy industries, and firefighting operations, the suit is available in 2, 3, and 4-layer variants, with or without breathing apparatus (BA) compatibility—making it versatile for various industrial safety requirements.
