Description
Advanced Triple-Layer Construction
The suit utilizes a sophisticated 3-layer architecture to provide maximum insulation without sacrificing the wearer’s mobility. The Outer Layer is constructed from 480 GSM Heavy Duty Aramid fabric, providing the primary defense against abrasion, tearing, and high temperatures. Beneath this is an Intermediate Layer of Inherently Flame Resistant (IFR) Woven Fabric that acts as a secondary thermal shield. Finally, the Comfort Layer consists of a 100% Cotton FR lining that wicks moisture and provides a soft interface for the wearer during high-intensity tasks.
Comprehensive Protection (Full Kit)
Unlike standalone garments, this is a complete safety ensemble. It includes high-coverage Jacket & Trousers and a Hood with Visor to protect the head and face while maintaining visibility. The kit is further bolstered by a Fireman Helmet rated to IS-2745 standards, Insulated Gloves with a woven FR lining for handling hot surfaces, and Specialized Footwear equipped with Superior Quality Neoprene soles for heat resistance and grip on industrial flooring.
Performance & Certifications
This ensemble is tested for extreme performance, featuring heat resistance up to 500°C. It carries several critical safety certifications, including EN ISO 11612:2008 for protection against heat and flame, and EN ISO 388:2003, which ensures the garment protects against mechanical risks such as abrasion, blade cuts, tears, and punctures. It is also tested under EN 407 specifically for thermal risks and convective heat.
Primary Industrial Applications
This suit is essential for high-risk zones and heavy-duty industrial work. It is ideally suited for Metal & Glass Works, including casting operations and furnace maintenance. It is also a vital tool for Emergency Response during rescue operations in areas of intense heat, as well as for Heavy Manufacturing in automotive welding, petrochemical refining, and chemical processing plants involving hot liquids.
