The Model Varsha – HF40U is a premier, industrial-grade hydro-foam monitor nozzle engineered for high-risk fire suppression environments. Designed as a self-inducting and non-aspirating nozzle, it provides a powerful and consistent flow of water or foam-water solution, making it an essential component for fixed fire protection systems in refineries, chemical plants, and marine installations.

Reliable Performance & Fixed Flow Precision

Unlike variable flow models, the HF40U is factory-set for a fixed flow rate (available in 500 or 750 GPM at 100 psi). This ensures that in the event of an emergency, the system delivers a predictable and steady volume of suppressant without the need for manual adjustment, reducing the margin for error during critical operations.

Advanced Stream Versatility

Equipped with a spinning teeth ring, the HF40U creates a sophisticated full-fog pattern for wide-area heat absorption and gas cooling. It also transitions seamlessly to a concentrated straight stream for maximum reach and impact. The nozzle is designed to switch between these patterns without requiring a shut-off, ensuring continuous protection during fire-fighting maneuvers.

Integrated Foam Induction System

The “Hydro-Foam” technology allows the nozzle to act as its own inductor. It is designed to pull foam concentrate at a 3% or 6% induction rate directly from a storage tank. To facilitate this, each unit comes standard with:

3-Meter Clear PVC Suction Hose: For easy monitoring of foam flow.

Stainless Steel Dip Tube: Ensuring corrosion-resistant, long-term durability for the intake end.
