Description
The Hi-Care Aluminized Fire Proximity Suit is engineered to provide reliable protection in extreme heat and fire-risk environments. The outer layer is made from aluminized glass fiber fabric (440 GSM) that reflects up to 95% of radiant heat, helping shield the wearer from temperatures ranging between 500°C to 800°C.
It features a multi-layer construction for enhanced safety: a vapor barrier to resist liquid penetration, a thermal barrier for insulation against high temperatures, and an inner lining of 100% flame-resistant cotton for comfort during extended use. This combination ensures both protection and wearability in demanding conditions.
The suit complies with EN ISO 11612 standards (A1, B1, C4), confirming its effectiveness against heat and flame exposure. It comes as a complete set including a jacket and trouser, hood with visor, IS-2745 certified helmet, and gloves with woolen and flame-resistant lining.
Designed for industries such as steel plants, foundries, metallurgy units, and firefighting operations, the suit is available in 2, 3, and 4-layer variants, with or without breathing apparatus (BA) compatibility—making it adaptable to different operational needs.
