Description
Introduction
Safeguard expansive industrial sites with the highly efficient Generic Multi Proportioner Foam Bladder Tank system. Designed for complex fire protection networks, this central foam station feeds multiple independent proportioners from a single concentrate source. It delivers precise, simultaneous fire suppression across different hazard zones without the need for individual, localized tanks.
Key Features
Centralized foam concentrate storage serving multiple hazard locations
Available in space saving vertical or low profile horizontal tank configurations
Supports simultaneous operation of multiple discharge lines based on system flow
Eliminates the need for multiple smaller tanks across your facility
Heavy duty industrial steel construction for maximum durability and safety
Compatible with a wide range of standard fire fighting foam concentrates
Benefits
This multi proportioner system solves the logistical nightmare of maintaining several separate foam tanks across a large facility. By centralizing your foam storage, you drastically reduce maintenance time, simplify refilling procedures, and lower overall equipment costs. The ability to run multiple lines simultaneously ensures that if a fire spreads across different zones, your suppression system will independently protect each area without pressure loss or chemical starvation.
Usage / How to Use
Ideal for massive aircraft hangars, sprawling chemical plants, and multi zone oil refineries. The main bladder tank is permanently installed in a central, safe pump room. It is then piped to several independent proportioners, each dedicated to a specific hazard zone. When a fire is detected in Zone A, only Zone A’s proportioner activates, drawing foam from the central tank. If Zone B also triggers, its proportioner activates simultaneously, drawing the exact required amount of concentrate dynamically based on its specific water flow.
